Capacity Building/Organizational Development Advisor

MSH is seeking a Capacity Building/Organizational Development Advisor for a project funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and Regional Services Center (RSC) for Enabling Equitable Health Reforms (EEHR). The EEHR Project will directly support USAID’s health program area in Albania. The EEHR Project aims to strengthen the Albanian health sector’s capability through the implementation of equitable health reforms, moving from strategies into implementation action plans, by providing instruments and tools and testing those in selected districts.
The Organizational Development (OD) Advisor is responsible for coordinating and implementing the delivery of technical assistance (TA)/organizational capacity building in the areas of management and leadership to public sector and non-governmental/private voluntary organizations, community based organizations, and faith based organizations.
The OD Advisor will design and implement capacity building programs for client organizations; assure quality; manage, support, and supervise consultants; and ensure continuous quality improvement. The OD Advisor will provide support to, or identify qualified TA providers to support, local partners in basic leadership and management capacity development, including but not limited to: human resource management; strategic planning; monitoring, evaluation and reporting; new business development; and, other management and leadership areas as needed.
