The CLM Director of Financial and Contractual Oversight (DFCO) oversees all aspects of financial planning, reporting and monitoring, and contractual management and compliance within the context of MSH and donor financial, contractual, and operating requirements. The Director is aware of and adheres to MSH’s procurement integrity standards in all activities. As the chief financial and compliance advisor for CLM, the Director contributes leadership in these areas: strategy; new business development; talent development; systems development; and Center management.
