What is one area of your health that you would like help with?

   GOOD days guys .. just want to know the area of your health you would like help with.

   To start with, i am currently taking up a masters degree while working full time in a call center .. i do experience stress , overfatigue, and sometimes getting colds and fever .. i want to change my lifestyle .

   If you have something to share, just feel free to reply on this thread .. thank you..
