I've never read any articles or studies that showed vitamin C can help one lose weight. I was always under the impression that vitamin C helped boost your immune system which helped fight off illnesses. If you want to lose weight then you need to do what austinmc said: eat healthy, exercise regularly and drink plenty of water.

I like this forum , here it is cool information about the weight loss, I do agree with the drinking water benefits,Pure proteins are good but the fats are really bad.I prefer fish and chicken instead of beef due to fats.Cardio is better for this purpose.
