I take care of two aspects one strength and stamina . Just proper diet is not sufficient for this so I consulted this to my doctor and he advised me to take additional supplements like extenze, regenerect and zeolite.

I take care of my health by making sure I keep myself well informed about health issues and trying as much as possible to practice only that which is good for my health.

I transferred, didn't pay for the bill until I provided my Certificate of Coverage from my previous employer's plan. Just an FYI. Guess its just luck of the draw. I am now in a situation where I am unemployed and dont have coverage which has lapsed 60+ days, so I can in all legality be precluded from coverage when I am working again under a new health care plan (hopefully sooner than later). I'll pray the insurance is good and doesnt dig and ask for anything or put up a fight.

Jogging is the best exercise i can suggest to help you keep in shape. Basically it's time consuming and helps you to build your body stamina level, which is required a lot in now a days.

    Well,

I eat a balanced healthy meal for starters. I insist, a healthy meal, I think pizza is balanced, it has all the main categories but it is not healthy.

I drink water, as much as I can, however I can. That is through tea, water water, well, those be the main two sources.

I exercise as regularly as I can. I do a little push ups , sit ups , fast paced walking, I rarely jog or run.

I sleep tight. I do not sleep for long but when I do, I do what sleep means.

I basically do try and live around a clean environment, avoid diseases and such too. Actually, I have written an article on disease management, http://apparentlifestyle.com/disease-management-8-things-you-should-remember-to-do/ , check that out too.

I also keep a positive mind, that is probably the most important aspect of a healthy lifestyle.

I usually spent time on doing meditation and yoga in the morning hours. I am suffering with sleep apnea type of Sleep Disorders so it's advised that I follow a regular routine of such exercises. The more relaxed my body will be, the less time it will take to help overcome my problem.

I handle my situation by maintaining a very constant schedule, going to bed the same period every night and getting out of bed as well, even on saturdays and sundays. Eating well, training, limiting pressure as much as possible, maintaining a publication and meditation. I also takes notices when i feel my feelings changes and take actions to keep myself relatively under control.

  19. Self-management means you are also making healthy choices every day in your life. This puts you in charge of your helth condition. Living very well with a chronic condition more happens day-to-day. Your self-management skills may also need to change as your lifestyle changes and as you age. Talk about how you are managing your helth condition with your primary care provider.
