    Proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals, vitamins, water and dietary fibers are the most basic materials to constitute the human body, and they are also the essential nutrients for human body. When people are on a diet or trying weight loss, intake of these nutrients should not be neglected.
    First, intake of vitamins should not be neglected. Vitamins itself will not generate heat, and they are important component to maintain physiological functions, especially those vitamins relevant to metabolism of brain and nerve, such as vitamin B1, vitamin B6, etc. These vitamins can be found abundant in brown rice, wholewheat, and alfalfa. So people’s daily diet should contain more of these roughages. Antioxidants such as β-carotene, vitamin C and vitamin E will help to improve the work efficiency, and they are abundant in varied fresh vegetables and fruits. In addition, experts remind that multi-vitamin supplements are also extremely helpful for weight loss. Vitamins carry no energy and they will help on energy metabolism.
    Secondly, should not ignore the supply of minerals. Minerals are playing a vital role in human body. Deficiency of minerals will cause diseases in human body; take calcium for example, calcium helps to improve a variety of body functions, once missing this mineral, can cause fatigue, inappetence, enterospasm, intestinal atony, colicodynia, dryness-heat, constipation, cervical spondylosis and other symptoms. Along with the loss of red blood cells, during their menstrual cycle, women will also lose varied minerals such as iron, calcium and zinc. Therefore, women supposed to take in more calcium, magnesium, zinc and iron during and after their menstrual cycle. Women may take more slimming milk tea or soy milk to meet their mineral needs, and then to improve the efficiency of mental works.
    Thirdly, should not neglect the supply of amino acids. Many people in the modern society are doing mental works, and thus amino acids to nourish the brain nerves should be supplied adequate. Glutamate is counted as the one with the highest content among all kinds of free amino acids in brain tissues, the one with second highest content is taurine, and the third is asparaginic acid. It is recommended to eat more legumes and sesame which contains abundant of glutamate and asparaginic acid.
    Fourthly, should not take too much fat. In general, women should control the total intake of energy, reduce the intake amount of fat, and eat less fried food, to prevent the overweight and obesity. The standard intake amount of fat should be 20% to 25% of the total energy; however, women have taken more than 30% of fat currently. If take in too much fat, it is easily lead to the increase in lipid peroxides, lower the activity endurance, and then influence the work efficiency.
    Fifthly, should not pass over the breakfast. If you skip the breakfast, and make the body without intake of food for a long time, instead, you will eat more for lunch, and then easier to gain weight. And the energy from your breakfast may consumed by daytime activities, so you don’t have to worry about the excessive energy from the breakfast will make you gain weight. You should have 3 meals a day, and with intervals at least 6 hours.
    You should make an appropriate diet plan for you to slimming, and avoid reducing your daily meals and essential nutrients. Take health as the first element of consideration for your weight loss plan.

    The best way for weight loss is not by fasting or dieting will help a lot. But to do much physical exercises on regular basis and to avoid the heavy food. Eating 300 to 500 calories less per day should lead to a loss of between one and two pounds per week. This is a realistic target. Don't skip any meal because it will simply reduce calorie content for that particular time and after it will increases it in double amount so make a diet schedule properly.

    Most chewing gums contain aspartame, which is a very toxic chemical. They also cause you to swallow a lot of excess air which leads to bloating. Overall is is better to avoid eating things when you cannot pronounce the ingredients.

    just follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
    - take a balanced diet (moderation is the key)
    - take 5 meals in the day (breakfast being your biggest meal and dinner your smallest meal)
    - no food after 7pm
    - when i get hungry i take gum instead of snaking on junk food
    - add plenty of fruits and vegetables in your meals
    - zip your lips for fried and fast foods
    - avoid colas and sweets
    - drink lots of water (take a 750ml bottle along with you and keep drinking)
    - drink green tea (2-3 times a day)
    - do regular workout (something you enjoy & sweating at the same time)
    - think positive and keep smiling
    - be motivated, have Patience
    - have a buddy (if you can)
    - and remember you can do it and your never alone!!

    Its all about energy balance. You should check what you eat and how you use it. I insist its not just a balanced diet, the diet should be healthy too. Think of pizza, isn't it a balanced diet?
    Energy balance is all about eating only as much as your body needs rather than what you feel like eating. This should let your body maintain itself and use rather than store nutrients thus avoiding gaining weight.
    Do physical exercises in accord with your daily intake. This will avoid both overworking the body and being over fat or overweight.
    It is only natural for people to use curative measures, start using weight loss programs rather than prevent the gaining of weight.
    Why eat inappropriately only to act appropriately afterwards?

    I can't suggest you a diet plan or what to eat or what not to eat.

    Actually I never had a weight problem but I would suggest you to drink enough water and also you can try mediation.

    Thank you for all of this great weight loss advice. I have tried just about everything over the years with very limited results. At this point I feel like I have just about run out of options, and so I'm considering liposuction. I am currently looking for a doctor for a consultation. I would greatly appreciate it if someone can direct me to a doctor who does good work. A friend told me about locateadoc.com, and said I should look there for a doctor. Has anyone ever used the site? What do you think of it?

    Here people provide different views and opinion about weight loss tips. Most Common and efficient tips for loosing weight are-
    1 Running for half hour daily
    2 Yoga and meditation for 20 minutes (Preferably in the morning)
    3 Proper food diet Initiatory.
    4 Drink plenty of water.
    5 Swimming and Cycling At weekends (when get free time)
    From my opinions these are best way for maintain healthy and physically fit body.
