Hi, you can get early sleep by following Bright Light Therapy i.e., expose yourself to the early morning sun light, this will lead to early wake up and early sleep.

This sounds like good advice, and is certainly worth a shot. However, I am concerned that your inability to sleep may be a symptom of a larger problem. If you find that you cannot get it under control no matter what you do, I would advise seeing a doctor. I heard about this site called LocateADoc, from what I hear it is a good place to find a doctor, in case you don't already have one. As far as natural remedies, have you tried melatonin? This works extraordinarily well for me when I can't sleep, you should give it a shot.

Thank. I also got the same advice from my friend and recently i have purchased a Philips goLITE BLU Light Therapy Device. It is quite effective on sleep disorders such as delayed sleep phase syndrome.
