Is laser hair removal safe on brown skin?

    Hi all,
    Is laser hair removal safe and is it permanent? What are the pros and cons? Is it safe to use on brown skin. I am considering to do this because my lips had very ugly hairs.

    Laser hair removal is a safe treatment but some temporary side effects are possible, including darker or lighter marks, especially in dark skin. But if device is tuned to your skin colour then there is no risk of burn.
